Paula Stephenson

Paula is a resourceful, solutions-focused Senior Marketing Leader & Change Agent with success driving strategic business growth efforts across diverse industries including retail, licensing, and QSR. As Chief Vision Officer for this full-service boutique agency, Paula leads our team through thick and thin, ensuring the ideas keep flowing. She grounds us and makes sure our team, including our clients, are thriving.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Stephanie Pereira

Stephanie graduated from Brock University with a Major in Kinesiology, a Minor in Child and Youth Studies, and completed a thesis in Applied Health Science studying the psychosocial effects of physical literacy programming on pre-school-aged children. Post University, she pursued a career as a Marketing Manager in Entertainment and Hospitality. She fell in love with the marketing space and joined the Full Scoop Team in 2021. She is a creative and analytical thinker, and loves the challenge of a complex project.

Penny Molloy

Penny is a Western University grad with a background in marketing, events, and creative strategy. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, she’s worked across both agency and artist-driven projects - from brand partnerships and content planning to digital storytelling. Penny brings energy, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to every client she supports. She’s passionate about connecting brands with their communities through fresh, engaging content.

  • Penny played competitive soccer and represented Canada’s youth team in Sweden.

  • Penny is from Calgary and has a Portuguese Water Dog named Kona.

  • Penny plays piano, guitar, and DJs on the side.

  • Penny will swim in just about any body of water year-round.

  • Penny super extroverted and happiest surrounded by friends and good music (preferably in the electronic genre).

Eliza Biernat

Eliza Biernat graduated from the University of Guelph with a degree in Business and a major in Marketing Management. Eliza has been doing social media content creation for the past seven years. She has worked with numerous companies, such as Gymshark, and collaborated with other creators. Eliza loves learning new things and isn’t afraid to take on a challenge.

  • Eliza has a black miniature schnauzer named Brutus

Marguerite (Daisy) Warwick

Marguerite is a marketing enthusiast with a passion for digital advertising and a sharp focus on analytics. Since graduating in 2020, she has worked client-side, agency-side, and as a freelancer, always bringing fresh energy and creativity to every project. She loves turning numbers into insights and weaving data into stories that drive impact. With infectious positivity, Marguerite believes that great marketing is all about connection, curiosity, and making every detail count.

  • Marguerite’s family calls her “Daisy”, making her name essentially “Daisy Daisy”
  • Daisy has a collection of over 100 types of tea
  • Daisy has a 3 legged cat that responds to “Kevin Bacon” (He took the movie Footloose way to seriously)
  • Daisy's favourite genres are horror and musicals

Lola Notidis

Lola is our youngest member of the team and a psychology student at TMU. She’s passionate about photography, art, cooking and just about anything thats made with way too much sugar

Kyle Poole

Kyle began his Photography & Videography journey when he moved to Western Canada. He took a liking to adventuring through the landscapes of Banff Alberta, and attempting to capture the vast landscapes with his phone camera. Within a year he purchased a DSLR. Fast forward to now he has a self-titled company “Kyle Poole”. Kyle has tremendous experience behind the camera working on: Fashion Campaigns, Interior Design, Video Editing for YouTube Creators, Weddings, Commercials, Short-Films, Documentaries, Branding, Promotional Content, Live/Events, Music Videos, Food & Beverage and so much more.
